Local Shipping (Within Pakistan)

  • Delivery time: 5 to 7 business days (for ready-to-wear items).
  • Customized or made-to-order dresses may take longer, depending on the design and production timeline (you will be informed at the time of order confirmation).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for local orders (stitched ready to wear).

International Shipping

  • Delivery time: Will be informed at the time of placing the order, depending on your location.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Currently, COD is not available for international orders. All international orders require advance payment.

Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
    • Unforeseen weather conditions.
    • Courier service disruptions.
    • Customs clearance (for international orders).

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.
